Your subscription includes regular flower deliveries as per your chosen plan.

To make changes to your subscription, including pausing or canceling, please call our shop directly. (706) 318-8293

We deliver your flowers as per the subscription schedule. We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.

Refunds are not provided for deliveries already made. If you are unsatisfied with your delivery, please contact us immediately, and we will do our best to resolve the issue.

If you are unavailable to receive your scheduled delivery, your responsible for giving us a 24-hour notice to reschedule. These items are perishable, if we do not receive notice within 24 hours that order will be forfeited. (You’re always welcome to make arrangements for it to be sent to someone else on your delivery day.)
