Cancellation Policy

We know life happens! For everyday orders, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for any changes or cancellations. If less than a 24 hours’ notice is given, we will not be able to offer a refund.

For event orders, like prom, weddings, or large parties, a non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date. Event orders must be cancelled at least 30 days in advance. If cancelled in less than 30 days, we will not be able to offer a refund. However, we will do our best to reschedule or offer a comparable arrangement.

If weather or unforeseen florist emergencies arise, we will contact you immediately to reschedule or offer a reasonable refund.
